Welcome to The Impossible Life. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services, operated by Carlos D. Smith LLC, doing business as The Impossible Life ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

If you purchase any product, program, or subscription offered through the Service (a "Purchase"), you may be asked to provide information relevant to your Purchase, including payment details. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full payment card details.

Subscription programs (such as our monthly mentoring) renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Our content, guides, coaching, and mentoring are provided for educational and informational purposes. We share strategies, frameworks, and our own experiences in good faith. We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, health, or other results. Any examples, figures, or outcomes referenced are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skills, market conditions, and circumstances.

5. Content
